HERausragend is a platform designed to empower female founders, entrepreneurs, and executives by providing opportunities for learning and meaningful dialogue around entrepreneurial topics. The HERausragend Congress, held annually in different locations across Saxony, blends regional and international perspectives and is closely linked to the prestigious Saxon Female Founders Award. In addition to the congress, we host breakfast and lunch networking events several times a year, each focused on key issues relevant to women in business.
